We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, as the staff was extremely kind and attentive: without us asking, we were given a room with a little desk for me to sit and work comfortably after the first night and after they learnt that I had to work in the hotel room (not intended, but because of an airport strike, that made it impossible for us to fly back to our home town with the originally booked flight). At the day of our departure I was allowed to stay in the lobby for another 4 hours after checkout to use their wifi. We would go there again anytime. Nice room with comfortable bed, bathtub to relax, and all the classic hotel goodies. They were doing a lot of renovations so the place will be even nicer soon.

Reception was friendly, and allowed me to check in a bit earlier, which was great after an overnight flight. It was lovely to have a tub, and the kettle with coffee and tea was handy. It was a single room without a window ( as booked), so it is necessary to manage your expectations. The room is in the process of being refurbished, so, it is not a finished product. It is a lovely central location, near the British Museum, with easy access to Tottenham court underground station with the Elizabeth line to Heathrow Terminal 5. It was far easier to negotiate Tottenham Road station than Piccadilly station - with luggage in tow. It was perfect for a single night.

Location of the hotel is brilliant, you're just off Tottenham Court Road, 15 -20 minutes from Covent Gardens, Trafalgar Square, Carnaby Street and Leicester Square. This was brilliant as you could walk to these areas, without having to pay for transport. The staff where all very friendly. One slight issue was the the electric sockets were 1 side of the room and the table with the kettle was the other side, however we went out 1 day and didn't move the kettle back off the bed. Housekeeping noticed and the next thing we had another table in the room. Thank you.

I really feel like I got a good bang for my buck here. I probably got it at a much cheaper rate than usual because in the last 2 years of needing to stay in London for 1-2 nights every other week, I haven't experienced such luxury in such a central spot! The room was a brilliant size, there were 'proper' sized mugs for tea, there was a heated floor in the bathroom, there was a bath, the bed was huge and there were a zillion options on the TV. It was only 10 minutes walk from where I work in Soho. I'd love to stay there again if I can ever get it for the same rate!

The hotel is close to some good restaurants and Tottenham Court Road station so it was easy to come and go. My room was reasonably sized and it was easy to speak to the staff who were very helpful. The room also had a bathtub so I could relax after a long day.
